New compact high performance pneumatic valve

Rexroth Mecman has launched a new compact valve that meets industry's growing need for smaller valves offering higher performance

Cube Line 10 provides all the benefits of Rexroth Mecman plug-in technology, including easier installation, replacement and operation. This valve with its compact size offers an exceptional flow rate of 300Nl/min, a response time of 7ms and can accommodate working pressures down to -1 bar. To maximise production uptime and reduce costs, the solenoid can be replaced separately to the main valve.

Changeover is quick and easy, with both the pneumatic and electrical connections made as the valve is inserted to the sub-base.

Integrated electrical connections are included and the valve is pre-wired and tested to reduce design, purchasing and installation time.

Cube Line 10 also offers greater flexibility and cost savings over comparable units.

Each manifold accommodates 4-12 valve positions and can incorporate a variety of valve types and sizes, with uneven combinations possible by using blanking plates.

Valves can be used with a multi-pin D-sub connection as well as integrated Fieldbus (VDS) systems.

Flexible installation is a further benefit, with the option of DIN rail or wall mounting brackets and connection ports to the side or bottom.

The valve is also suitable for use with standard filtered air and features M7 connection ports to ensure optimum flow.

Customers can configure their own valve manifolds and obtain a unique part number through Rexroth Mecman's interactive service at http://www.rexroth-mecman.com.
